This is a continuation of an earlier work-in-progress presented at the Stadsschouwburg-Utrecht.Résumé II is a dance-theatre project that seeks to stablish stand points to explore and achieve movement languages in different types of bodies and physicalities.The dance maker researches and applies the use of different techniques (from Modern dance to folkloric forms), corporeal codes, personality and theatricality. The project gathers an heterogeneous group of performers with different backgrounds and ages.
Résumé II, as performance proposal, aims to explore the corporeal manipulation of the artists' body as an object of the market. Résumé II attempts to approach the artistic exploitation in modern society within the standards of consumption and lost of values.
